This item will be necessary if using any H&S pillar mounting solutions, or to adapt your Mini Maxx to any 2 1/16 gauge pod. You WILL need to purchase an additional mounting solution to snap this mount into. This part is not required for the H&S overhead mount.
Images shown here are with the part number 31303 Ford 6.4 Powerstroke mount , but this product will work with ANY 2 1/16 gauge mount.
